It’s not going to be much longer until my car is covered in pollen.
Where I live, our mild winter ends with an early Springtime.
It’s just the beginning of January however I’m already seeing signs of the change over to warmer weather. Of course, I’m sure not complaining about the temperatures I’ve enjoyed all winter. These sort of temperatures keep the heat pump silent plus our windows open. That’s the only sort of winter I legitimately can imagine. I tried a couple of winters up north with a gas boiler running basically non-stop plus it was terrible. So I’m more than cheerful to be back in the land where the heat pump is king. It’s nice to be able to depend on one piece of Heating plus A/C technology for our heating plus cooling comfort. That said, there legitimately isn’t that much need for heating. And that cooling side of things is about to get ramped up. That’s why I take this time of year to get myself squared away when it comes to a/c costs. I start by calling the Heating plus A/C contractor to come do the a/c tune up. And then, it’s all about preparing the home plus our mindset. In our house, my pal and I reduce the demand for cooling by acclimating to the heat plus humidity. That means my pal and I wait until well into May before my pal and I leave the a/c on all the time. But I also make sure that home is sealed up slender to maximize the efficiency of the Heating plus A/C equipment. It won’t be long now before the temperatures are staying in the 74’s plus the trees plus flowers start doing their thing.
