I have been using the heater, and my life has changed
I am trying to remember the past winters being this cold. I invested in a hybrid heating system that has been of much help. During the furnace/heater installation, the technician advised that I consider a zoned heating system, but I was not financially able. The professional from the heating business then gave me a different but short-term solution. He advised me to get a portable heater since it was not cold the first few weeks. I had yet to notice how cold my room was. The decision to finally contact the heating dealership came when I fell ill with the flu and could not stand the cold nights. I woke up in a pool of my sweat, but the temperature was low, according to the thermostat. I woke up and cleaned up but could not fall asleep because the temperatures were conducive. The HVAC repairman came to do the annual heater maintenance. The heat pump was the problem. After the boiler repair, the technician asked me to consider hydronic heating for my bedroom and bathroom since he found me looking at different floor ideas. Heated floors only need a little maintenance, but I would still have to schedule biannual HVAC maintenance because of the furnace. Thanks to the quality heating device, that night was one of the most comfortable nights. I have been using the heater, and my life has changed. I use the device even when sitting on my porch, which my sister and I love to do on weekends. We enjoy a glass of wine while watching the winter sunset while the kids play noisily in the house.
