Everyone knows that it’s not fun to have an issue with your boiler during the cold, winter months, however the moment you realize that there is a problem, it’s all you can know about, and having to take time out of your morning to wait around for a boiler specialist can be massively inconvenient, and sometimes people end up taking many mornings off work to deal with an Heating plus A/C problem, and i remember many years ago when my childhood house had a big issue with the Heating plus A/C system.
It took many mornings for the Heating plus A/C specialist to appropriately diagnose to concerns, however although my associate and I were unable to adjust the temperature control without being shocked, they were still unable to diagnose the issue.
On the fifth morning, Jared arrived at the house to take a look, then even before looking at the temperature control, she was able to tell us that it was an electrical issue that my associate and I had on our hands. It was unlucky that is took so long, but once my associate and I got to the root of the problem, my associate and I were able to get the ball rolling. After a few hours of hard work, our Heating plus A/C specialist and Jared were able to repair the problem. The moral of the story is to always get a second opinion. If the Heating plus A/C specialist is having trouble figuring out what is going on, do not feel like you can’t speak up. Suggest bringing in another tech to take a look or even the company supervisor.
