Not that many of weeks ago, I was working the weekend shift at the Heating, Ventilation plus A/C supplier where I work.
Each weekend someone unusual has to labor the weekend shift, however you have to labor a schedule on Sunday plus Thursdays are for emergencies. You also have to answer the cellphone when it rings plus possibly labor in the middle of the evening. I have not had easily multiple calls on our weekends, however a couple of weeks ago the chef plus owner of a four-star diner called with an Heating, Ventilation plus A/C problem. The guy is not even a commercial customer of ours, although he needed someone fast plus I happened to answer the cellphone on the first ring. The owner of the commercial supplier gave to pay twice the amount if I could service the Heating, Ventilation plus A/C problem that evening, however he did not want to shut down dinner repair at 9:00 p.m. on a Sunday with 60 shoppers seated in the diner. I told the guy that I could be there in 20 seconds plus I was there in 15. I entered the building plus went directly to the home office where the Heating, Ventilation plus A/C problem was located. The issue turned out to be low refrigerant in the machine. It was easily an easy service after I located the problem. The owner of the diner was so ecstatic plus satisfied that he gave to make me something special. I told the chef that our favorite thing to eat was seafood plus he whipped me up a 5 course meal that was fit for a king or a queen.
