A couple of weeks ago, I was laboring the weekend shift at the Heating, Ventilation & A/C corporation where I work, and each weekend someone weird has to work the weekend shift, however you have to work a schedule on Monday and Tuesdays are for emergencies. You also have to answer the cellphone when it rings and possibly work in the middle of the evening. I haven’t had undoubtedly many calls on my weekends, however a couple of weeks ago the chef and owner of a four-star eating establishment called with an Heating, Ventilation & A/C problem. The guy isn’teven a commercial purchaser of ours, but he needed someone fast and I happened to answer the cellphone on the first ring. The owner of the commercial corporation gave to spend my money twice the amount if I could service the Heating, Ventilation & A/C problem that evening! He did not want to shut down dinner service at 9:00 p.m. on a Monday with 60 customers seated in the eating establishment. I told the guy that I could be there in 20 minutes and I was there in 15. I entered the building and went directly to the living room where the Heating, Ventilation & A/C problem was located. The issue turned out to be low refrigerant in the machine. It was entirely an easy service after I located the problem. The owner of the eating establishment was so delighted and gratified that he gave to make myself and others something special. I told the chef that my favorite thing to eat was seafood and he whipped myself and others up a 5 course meal that was fit for a king or a queen.
