I’m so thankful that my friend and I are inside our modern home before the Summer weather hits, then after my friend and I sold our condo in order to build this one, my friend and I had to live in an apartment for a year! I just couldn’t face another Summer in that apartment.
It’s a nice enough locale however the a/c situation was just awful… That would have everything to do with the fact that the residential Heating and Air Conditioning in that locale was ancient.

My pal and I had to find just the right Heating and Air Conditioning professional for our residential Heating and Air Conditioning. That’s because my friend and I wanted someone with direct experience when it comes to installing a geothermal heat pump. The installation is much more complicated than a traditional heat pump, but so my friend and I wanted to be sure that my friend and I found someone with both the expertise and experience it took to get this right. It’s still May so the a/c isn’t on all the time, then however, we’ve had it on a few times while in the peak heating hours of the morning. And wow, the cooling comfort from the geo heat pump is incredible. It won’t be long now before the condo is all sealed up for Summer and that geothermal heat pump is earning its keep.
