They provided me a credit limit and I was able to begin shopping for a up-to-date HVAC system immediately. I’m entirely glad I found out about the financing before the freezing front hit this area. I had my up-to-date furnace up and running before the temperature dropped.

One of my least favorite things about owning a rental home is dealing with hard renters, and i’ve rented with some entirely great people, but I’ve also rented to terrible people, however currently, I have a renter who’s somewhere in between… He hasn’t trashed the house, he keeps the lawn cut, and the neighbors never complain.

I dropped off a pack of fresh air filters for him to rotate in and out while the construction is happening, but he doesn’t believe that he should be the one to replace the dirty air filter. He’s also complaining about how high his utility bill is due to the plugged air filter. I’ve told him many times that if he’s not willing to replace the air filters while the dust and debri is floating around in the air, then I can’t help him with his utility bill. I’ve come to accept that this renter can’t be satisfied and it’s best to leave him alone. I’m replacing the floors that he complained about and all he can think about is a temporarily high utility bill even though I’ve given him the tools to reduce it.

For the holidays I went up north plus visited my parents. Just this past weekend my family & I all got together, every summer time around the end of July when the weather is truly overheated & humid our family prefers to have the reunion, but i feel our reunion turned out to be a truly big success but when it came to the weather it wasn’t as great, and we tried to plan for the end of July because the weather is normally truly hot, sunny & humid.

Since it is controlled all digitally I feel like you could have alerts telling you when to have your Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C air filter changed out plus when to have your next maintenance done.
