I can’t spend much money this month or next because I am taking a trip next month & it is going to set me back a chunk of change.

Also, my sister wants to come visit me here & go see Tom Jones perform, which is going to set me back another $200.

So I can’t spend anymore money on anything else till I get past the next couple of months, then I am going to go to the nurse & get this missing tooth updated once & for all. I am single & I know girls don’t like HVAC techs who are missing a tooth, even if it got knocked out by accident carrying a heating component one afternoon. I was absolutely picking it up when my head hit something behind me & the component came smashing into my teeth full blast with its steel frame. The HVAC devices knocked my two front teeth out at the HVAC company where it happened & I was not a cheerful camper after that. I had one tooth fixed however didn’t have money to get the other one fixed, however soon I will have the money & am fixing that tooth come hell or high water. The local company said that they can service the tooth for about $500 in their temperature controlled office not too far from where I now live. Then I can talk to girls separate from looking like a hockey player or a pirate. My HVAC representative told me that I will look 100% better once that tooth is fixed just like the new business had done months ago.

We have had this same heating and air conditioning company in our local area for a very long time.

Well, today the word was out that the heating and air conditioning company will be closing forever.

They had been having some issues for a while now and the heating and air conditioning company might have been thinking about doing this for about a year. However it finally came to light. It is really sad when you think about it. The heating and air conditioning company has been a major staple in the local area as long as I have been alive. So to not have them around anymore is going to be a strange feeling. Kind of the end of an era you could say. I used this heating and air conditioning company myself for a long while. So now I have to find another heating and air conditioning company to take care of all my heat and a/c needs. There are a lot to choose from in the area. But none of them quite match up to the heating and air conditioning company that is going out of business. We also have some independent heat and a/c specialist to choose from as well. But to be perfectly honest with you all, I never felt good about hiring independent heating and air conditioning specialists to take care of my heating and cooling needs. I just do not like that fact that if they did something wrong there would be no one I could complain to or get resolution with in terms of upper management. So I will stick to heat and a/c companies.

Everyone I know who just got brand new and completely up to date central heating and air conditioning systems seem to have much smaller heat and a/c units than what I always have been used to.

Did central heating and air conditioning systems just shrink? Or am I crazy? Or is this the way they are made these days.

I found out after doing some very curious research on the internet that yes, it is a fact that central heating and air conditioning systems are now made much more compact and light weight than what they were 10 years ago. Which that was about the time I bought my last central heating and air conditioning system unit. So I had no idea what they were making now days. Heating and air conditioning technology as well as how heating and air conditioning equipment are made is a whole new world today verses a decade ago. I find it both amusing and impressive that they can make an all so powerful and very nice central heating and air conditioning system these days inside a very small and light weight case! The thing is light enough for a single person to be able to move it instead of it needing 2 to 3 people to move the older central heating and air conditioning system units that I have known all of my life. HVAC technology never stops impressing me. I am sure that there are more amazing things just around the corner!

I just bought a new central heating and air conditioning system. And what was real shocking to me was the fact that the central heating and air conditioning system was way smaller than any other heat and a/c unit I have ever bought in my whole entire life! It seems that they build central heating and air conditioning systems much smaller than they used to. It really is amazing when you think about it that they are now able to build the very best and most up to date central heat and air conditioning systems into small HVAC units like the one I actually just bought. I really didn’t know what to say when I first saw it. At first I was thinking that the central heating and air conditioning system was off or something. Or possibly I got some kind of swamp cooler. But the heating and air conditioning company that installed my brand new and totally up to date central heat and a/c unit insisted that this was the exact central heating and air conditioning system that I purchased and that it would work wonders for my home. And boy were they right! This small central heating and air conditioning system has much better air flow, much more power and is overall much quieter than my old central heating and air conditioning system unit. I could not have asked for a better and most up to date central heat and a/c system than the one I bought and I am very pleased with it.

I have this tree that sits right over my central heating and air conditioning system unit and it has been a real bother.

It keeps shedding and risking getting inside the central heating and air conditioning system.

I decided to have the thing cut down! Without the tree there my heating and cooling unit will be a lot better off all together. I had thought about calling the local heating and air conditioning company to come out and move the central heat and a/c unit, but I figured that would potentially cost way too much money verses just having a landscape company cut down the tree. Now that I have the tree cut down I plan on buying a tarp for the central heating and cooling unit. A tarp seems to be the biggest thing right now with a lot of people buying them to protect their central heating and air conditioning units. It can protect from things like the tree I just had cut down, the leaves that gather around the heating and air conditioning system unit in the fall and then also it can protect your heating and air conditioning system against the storms like hail and such things like that. But I am glad that I finally had this tree that was a major pain in the rear cut down and now I will no longer have to worry about it possibly messing up my central heating and air conditioning system.

Living in the country is a totally odd experience for my fiance Max & I.

We both lived in the town from the time Max and I were born, & quickly my nice friend and I were thrust into country life. I loved the fun and freedom of walking down the road & not being harassed by panhandlers or beggars. I didn’t need to worry about pickpockets or muggers when I took my teens to the park. The air was clean, & my nice friend and I could see the stars at night. Life was so amazing. I wasn’t used to needing to drive to the grocery store, & not being able to grab the iphone & have food delivered in minutes. I liked the convenience of city life, but that was all. I also liked that when I called the Heating, Ventilation, & A/C dealer, I was going to talk to the same couple of people all the time. Last month, I had to laugh. I called the local Heating, Ventilation, & A/C company to have our air conditioner unit taken care of. When the Heating, Ventilation, & A/C pro arrived, he kept looking around the house. I asked if there was a problem, however he said no. 4 minutes later, he asked me where my fiance was. I thought he may be worried about being there when Max wasn’t home, however he was working. I told him he should be back in an hour. He then wanted to know if he would be household before the air conditioner unit was serviced & done? I wasn’t sure if Max would be back that soon, however I could call & ask. He told me he wanted to discuss a few of the things he found while in his inspection. The man wanted to discuss the a/c with Max & not me, that sexist pig!

Over the last 10 years, our local Heating, Ventilation, & A/C company has undergone many changes.

The worst of these changes was getting a new owner.

The previous owner was retiring, & his child took over… Ever since that jerk took over the company, it has been going downhill. Their pricing went up & the quality of labor went down. I needed to find a better Heating, Ventilation, & A/C company that knew what they were doing & cared for their clients. I wasn’t 100% sure it was going to be as straight-forward as I hoped, however I knew it was a necessity. My fiance Max was starting to call the other local Heating, Ventilation, & A/C companies to see what their prices were like. We have sites for the three Heating, Ventilation, & A/C companies & have been doing a lot of learning. We suppose Max and I have it tightened down a bit, but two of them sound absolutely good. After comparing the site from the aged Heating, Ventilation, & A/C company & this one, Max and I know my nice friend and I are going to be better off regardless of which new company Max and I choose. Max thinks my nice friend and I should call & make an appointment for a free service. Two of the local companies are offering free a/c inspections for all new clients, & this may be a way to find out what kind of business ethics they have. As much as Max and I do not care for the idea of changing Heating, Ventilation, & A/C companies, Max and I are excited to start the process of finding a new one. We’ll have the air conditioner checked and serviced, & maybe the water boiler serviced early, if Max and I make the appointments right. I just want to have a Heating, Ventilation, & A/C team that puts its client first.

I was hoping all we needed to get the air conditioner unit back up to snuff was extra coolant.

I would have thought the Heating, Ventilation, & A/C pro would have filled the coolant when he did the annual inspection on the air conditioner.

I also would have thought the pro would have caught any troubles & repaired them while he was here. It is now 2 months later, & our air conditioner isn’t working. I was aggravated, & my fiance Max was frustrated. Max asked if the Heating, Ventilation, & A/C company told me when the Heating, Ventilation, & A/C tech would arrive? Max had to go to labor shortly, & was hoping he would be household when he got there. I told Max they said it would be sometime in the afternoon. I asked Max if he wanted me to call the Heating, Ventilation, & A/C company & tried to get a better time frame, however Max didn’t suppose it would matter. The Heating, Ventilation, & A/C pro would get here when he got here. I kissed Max & told him to have a nice morning at work. At 2 PM, I called the Heating, Ventilation, & A/C dealer. I hadn’t heard anything from the pro or from them. Max would be household at 5 PM & I hoped the Heating, Ventilation, & A/C pro would be here working at that time. When I called the Heating, Ventilation, & A/C pro he told me he wouldn’t be there until the next morning. I needed my air conditioner unit repaired right now, but if that was their earliest, I wasn’t complaining. I did remind the guy I was told he would be there that afternoon, but he said I hadn’t gained a solid time frame. She was now telling me it would probably be between 8 AM & noon the following morning.

We knew there was nothing wrong with the Heating, Ventilation, & A/C system yet, but my nice friend Sam and I were considering what would happen if the boiler or air conditioner unit broke. We knew they were new machines, & although theoretically they should last fifteen years or more, Sam and I didn’t want to wait for the fifteen year time frame to occur. We were already looking at the prices of newer Heating, Ventilation, & A/C systems for the house, hoping to have most of the money in the account before that time arrived. We wrote down the model of AC unit & boiler Sam and I had, & started looking them up. They no longer had that make or model, but there were a few similar Heating, Ventilation, & A/C systems. They were more luxurious than Sam and I had paid for ours, & that was to be expected, then prices had risen extremely over the last ten years. I did the figures & came up with an annual price hike percentage every year. Over five years, the Heating, Ventilation, & A/C system would be so luxurious Sam and I could not afford a new one. We knew how much Sam and I had to put in the bank every year, but Sam and I also knew it wasn’t going to happen. It was more money than Sam and I put back for taxes, trip, & emergencies. Sam looked at me & told me my nice friend and I would need to take out a HELOC if Sam and I had to buy a new Heating, Ventilation, & A/C system. I shrugged & told him Sam and I would do what my nice friend and I had to do. I could consistently labor a little more which could give us another 1000 dollars a month. He smiled & said he was happy that the newer Heating, Ventilation, & A/C system was hopefully another five years away.

I walked down into the basement last month, & I could not suppose why there was water pouring from the boiler.

I was afraid all this water would run my whole well dry, because it was coming out so quickly.

I called the Heating, Ventilation, & A/C company hotline & told them how water was coming from my boiler, & I needed their help. The Heating, Ventilation, & A/C pro told me that water shouldn’t be coming from the boiler, unless it was a steam boiler. He asked how my heat was distributed? I didn’t know. I just knew I heard the steam boiler running, & then my nice friend and I had heat. I paid for oil when I needed it for the steam boiler. If there wasn’t oil or electricity, I didn’t have heat. The Heating, Ventilation, & A/C pro told me he would be there shortly, however I should turn off the water. He had to talk me through turning the water off. I turned off the water valve, however he had me close the main valve, which meant I had no water anywhere in my house, & I wasn’t glad. I hoped the Heating pro would arrive soon. When he got there, he told me to call a plumber. The steam boiler was in nice condition, but the pipes needed replacing. I asked him what a steam boiler was, & why I didn’t have a boiler. He told me a steam boiler heated water, & the water flowed through pipes & the heat from the pipes sent heat into the house. I called my older sibling who was a plumber & told him I needed new water pipes for the steam boiler system. I didn’t understand anything he was saying about the steam boiler, however I understood needing a plumber.

Before my fiance Sam left for work, he would adjust the thermostat to energy saving mode & then switch off all the lights.

I had to be at the office an hour before him, & I got back home an hour or so before him… Last week, I left for labor & knew when I got home, the condo would be cool & comfortable.

It was supposed to be over ninety degrees & excessively humid. When I got home, it was ninety & humid in the house, & the air conditioner wasn’t working at all. When I looked at the thermostat, I thought my fiance Sam had turned it off. It wasn’t like him to turn the thermostat off, but as I said, he did put it into energy saving mode. The air conditioner would begin ramping up half an hour before I got home, & the condo would be cool when I walked in. I looked more closely at the thermostat, and I knew it was the problem & not my fiance. I called him & asked if he would pick up a new thermostat on his way to the household from work? Sam promised to stop at the Heating, Ventilation, & A/C company & get a new programmable unit from them. That way, he could talk to a Heating, Ventilation, & A/C professional into installing it for him. Sam was an excellent business man, however he knew nothing about electricity. Sam cringed if he had to change a light bulb. Two hours later, our new thermostat was installed, & fresh cool air was coming from the air vents. I’m happy all Sam and I needed was a thermostat to get the AC unit running again.

Max wanted to get a newer Heating, Ventilation, & A/C system before Summer arrived, but for two months, I watched Max & Mom vacillate between having central Heating, Ventilation, & A/C installed, or buying the new ductless Heating, Ventilation, & A/C system. They already had enough ductwork, & had been using the last central Heating, Ventilation, & A/C for nearly twenty years, but that was how out of date the components were. Max installed new central heating & air conditioner when they bought the house. The duct was already in the house, & they figured it had to be at least fifty years old. When they last had the old ductwork cleaned, the Heating, Ventilation, & A/C company found more cracks & pinholes than it had three years earlier! Max was thinking that the metal was getting old, & would soon be rusting inside, if it wasn’t already, adding the cost of all new ductwork to the cost of new Heating, Ventilation, & A/C component was going to be well out of their comfort level. Max said they could not afford to have new ductwork installed & purchase the newer Heating, Ventilation, & A/C equipment. I walked in & told Max I had been enjoying an infomercial from the local Heating, Ventilation, & A/C dealer. They had been talking about ductless Heating, Ventilation, & A/C systems. The new model of mini split ductless Heating, Ventilation, & A/C system was cheaper to run. It didn’t use fossil fuels & was efficient in heating & air conditioner. Max told me he had seen the same infomercial, which was why he & mom were considering buying a ductless Heating, Ventilation, & A/C. He asked my opinion, which surprised me. I was eighteen, & never once had Max asked for my opinion. I had to go with the ductless. We had ductless Heating, Ventilation, & A/C installed before summer.
