When I asked my wife if she wanted to go to the movies some time ago, she said she would love to.
We went to this local theater which actually is very nice.
You can tell that they renovated the theater recently and all the seats were extremely comfortable and modern. The only issue when we walked in was the fact that the theater was freezing like most theaters tend to be. Fortunately, we expected that and we were both wearing jackets even though it was particularly warm outside. We walked around to see where the best seat would be and we found them alright. We found that way in the back where we had a great view, we were not directly under any HVAC vents. This meant that we didn’t feel that ice-cold AC freezing us if we were sitting anywhere else and it was very comfortable. We have been to that movie theater many times since that time and we always claim those spots. There was one time when there were some people already sitting there, but we said we would buy them all popcorn if they let us sit there. I know that seemed kind of ridiculous with the price of popcorn, but they were nice people and I just wanted to have another enjoyable experience watching a good movie with my wife. We honestly have never had a miserable experience at this theater, except for the time when we went to see a 3D movie. I honestly didn’t like the 3D glasses, and you couldn’t watch without wearing the glasses, but wearing those gave me a headache.
