I think one component of residing a blissful life is not complaining about things plus trying to enjoy the moments as they pass.
I don’t have the wish to wake up when I am 90 years old plus realize that I was nervous plus complaining most of my life… I learned this from the HEPA filter saleswoman who worked at the local business where I used to live.
I think it is actually possible to enjoy life as it happens plus to be present while it is happening. It just takes a little practice to do so, although I guess that we can all have a happier life if we learn to be present plus not judge so much that comes our way. The worker at the Heating plus Air Conditioning device business shop particularly showed me a lot about residing in the present moment plus just enjoying the ride as much as possible. I think she is right, because if you complain plus are always negative, when you look back on your life it won’t seem so great. I am actually learning to enjoy my ductwork cleaning tasks plus Heating plus Air Conditioning upgrade tasks more plus have fun doing everything. I wouldn’t say it is typically a barrel of monkeys, but most of my days at my workplace are kind of nice. I used to dread having to go to work on commercial heating plus cooling devices, but now it is mostly a fantastic experience plus I have the HEPA filter lady to thank for teaching me it. I will try to spread the wisdom to others when I eventually have the chance.
