For the first year or so of residing in this apartment, I had the delight of dealing with a malfunctioning heating plus A/C unit; Although this apartment complex was supposed to have all new Heating, Ventilation plus A/C technology, their window a/c looked as outdated as I was! I was not impressed, however I still tried to make it work; The entire year was filled with unusual complications with the heating plus cooling system device, then no matter how numerous times I tried to maintain or disinfect it, there was always some issue popping up.

I was going to have the same kind of cooling system machine put in, a window cooling system, however this time a brand new highly efficient 1. The cooling system corporation installed it on the same day, plus afterwards that was the last of my cooling complications for the next few years, but when it was time for myself and others to move out, since I paid for the cooling device, I was going to take it with me, my property owner however was not going to allow this, stating that it was their cooling equipment since it was on their property, however I still had the records plus the warranty from having the machine installed, so I was able to prove otherwise, that it was in fact my machine after all, then she eventually backed off, however not before leaving some nasty remarks, I was ecstatic to move out of there.
