She told myself and others about the efficiency ratings of both the A/C & the heating. I was okay with all the facts, but I had a question, and are you sure the ductless Heating & A/C proposal will work for us? The people I was with and I lived in an section where the winters were extreme & the summers were sizzling & humid, however would the ductless Heating & A/C proposal keep us moderate when it was 20 below zero & raining snow & ice down on us? Would it cool the beach house when it was 100 degrees outside with 95% humidity levels? Did it take humidity out of the beach house in the summer time & locale humidity into the beach house in the winter? My hubby told myself and others she had just read an article that they now made ductless Heating & A/C for areas where it was seriously cold, however just love with any furnace, both of us had to have an alternative furnace. If the power went out during dire cold, both of us would not have a furnace. I knew she had done her homework, & I told him to have it installed when she was ready.
