I just got word the other day that I was getting a promotion at my job.
- I work as a heating and air conditioning specialist for a local heating and cooling company here in town.
I have been working as one of their most certified and helpful heating and air conditioning specialists for about 7 years now. And finally they are going to give me a raise and promotion. I am going to be one of their top 3 chief heating and air conditioning specialists. What it means to be a chief heating and air conditioning specialist is that I will train and oversee the new hires that come in right out of heating and air conditioning school by going out on jobs with them the first few times in the event they need some additional help or training on the job. This is going to be a tiring job but the pay is going to be real good and much higher than what I have been making as a regular heating and air conditioning specialist at this local heating and cooling company. I know that I am going to be good at this. Also I will feel great about teaching and helping the brand new heating and air conditioning specialists on the job. I remember when that was me 7 years ago. I got good help from the then chief heating and air conditioning specialist and I am going to be over the moon to be the chief HVAC worker right now in line to help others like I once was. It is called giving back to the business with a cash reward!
