The crew headed out to a customer’s beach house one morning to do some a/c repairs.
I had brought a crew of more than four cooling specialists with me, and some were novice training, while the rest had a lot of experience working on cooling equipment.
The patron had called the a/c corporation with a complaint that his heat pump had been acting up for a week. He explained that he had felt decreased indoor air quality as well as comfort levels. The a/c component was also making some odd noises. When all of us got there as well as assessed the system, all of us found that one major part of it was broken. The component was quite outdated as well as would have soon been updated. As the most senior a/c expert, I recommended that the patron consider replacing the system. Our patron was blessed to purchase the up-to-date component on sale from the provider of the cooling products. One of the junior A/C reps in my team came to myself and others with a concern that he was not comfy assisting with the a/c installation since he was conversant with the up-to-date cooling tech. I asked him to watch keenly while the rest of us executed the process. I then suggested that the patron on the importance as well as frequency of scheduling a/c tune-ups. This incident with my junior got myself and others thinking of creating a more up-to-date installation manual incorporating the up-to-date tech. The trainees would use the installation manual to learn more about a/c. The manual would include the installation process of the many parts of a cooling system, including a/c filters. Technology is consistently evolving as well as adjusting. I must learn to keep up with it.
