I calmly told the client that none of our Heating plus Air Conditioning techs would ever come to his house. I was canceling his annual Heating plus Air Conditioning service plan, plus I might hire a lawyer to sue him for the medical bills, too. The man claimed that Ed must have done something funny if the cats bit him. That settled it, plus I started yelling at him! I told the man that our Heating plus Air Conditioning company would absolutely be suing him in court for the medical bills, plus that personally I thought he deserved whatever he had coming to him!
