I canceled the Heating plus Air Conditioning inspection, grabbed our tools, plus immediately drove Ed to the emergency room at the hospital. The next day the client called myself and others back plus had the nerve to ask when I would be coming by to finish the Heating plus Air Conditioning inspection. I calmly told the client that none of our Heating plus Air Conditioning techs would ever come to his house. I was canceling his annual Heating plus Air Conditioning maintenance plan, plus I might hire a lawyer to sue him for the medical bills, too. The person claimed that Ed must have done something funny if the pets bit him. That settled it, plus I started yelling at him! I told the person that our Heating plus Air Conditioning business would actually be suing him in court for the medical bills, plus that personally I thought he deserved whatever he had coming to him!
