Finding a better heating company

I had a major emergency with our whole beachside house heating idea just as winter time set in.

  • I decided to call the local heating corporation that had installed the apartment’s heat pump because I knew they offered 24/7 services for premium buyers, then you can imagine our frustration when our phone calls went unanswered for over 90 minutes.

Before I sound love a lousy client, I understood that this is the season for emergencies across town, especially with people rushing to have last-minute oil furnace maintenance done. But at least a giant heating company should have hired temp workers, as well as someone to handle the iPhone as well as respond to client calls. In a rage, I looked for another heating dealer.
