What was that sound? I heard something loud happen and it woke up myself and others in our deep sleep.
Must have been nothing so I fell back to sleep.
An fourth went by and I woke up again and our room felt cold. I went to the control unit dial to see what it was set at and it was at the temperature I always keep it at, a attractive 69 degrees. The thing is I know this house isn’t at 69 degrees because it feels like it’s 65 in here. I understand to some people having your control unit set to 69 degrees is exhausting but I care about it. It’s just our comfort spot and I sleep well in it. I knew there was something wrong as our house to myself and others felt like it was just way too cold. I’m not a fan of calling John and Mark, the local HVAC workers, however there was something wrong with our HVAC system. I called John at 1 am and he answered like he always does. He is a nice HVAC tech who always looks out for the people. I heard his voice sounding all tired and I explained there is something wrong with our furnace. He asked if it was something he needed to check out now or if he could wait till morning, maybe like 7 am to stop by. I was a bit worried and I said it’s fine, I’ll see him at 7 am however until then I’ll have to pull out our electric blanket to keep myself and others at the comfortable temperature I need.
