I contacted the heating and A/C service supplier when there was no hot water in the house, however I didn’t know the first thing about fixing these problems. I tried to call the plumbing service, but they did not have any business available. I knew that the heating and A/C service handled some hot water heater problems too so I gave them a call, but they had a specialist ready to go and in my area in less than an hour. The young specialist looks just like my oldest son, and he had red hair and freckles and a funny smile. The kid looked like he was 18 or 19 years old. He was wearing a ceremony ring. I made some small talk with that child while he tested the hot water heater. The service specialist pointed out a weird sound coming from the furnace and he told me that I should have that looked at. He could not do the evaluation and service until the next day, although he was certain that he could repair the issue in about 30 minutes if it was the problem that he thought. The company did not recognize that the furnace service was going to be as involved or expensive as the service to the hot water heater.
