Okay, so the last several years of pandemic has made myself and others more than aware of any sort of change when it comes to our health.
Just care about everybody else in the country, I hid inside the a/c of our condo to avoid coming down with that virus.
I have some genetic health troubles that entirely put myself and others at a much higher risk. Before they were vaccinations, there was nothing I could do however stay inside the a/c in our home. My bosses were entirely cool about understanding that being inside the commercial Heating, Ventilation & A/C of the office was not a good idea. So they kept myself and others at condo inside our own a/c for almost 2 years. Finally, I got back to that commercial Heating, Ventilation & A/C of the office as well as a new normal I am still coming to grips with. Then all the startling I came down with a pretty awful chest cold. Of course I immediately got worked on however thankfully it wasn’t covid. Still the respiratory troubles stayed with myself and others for weeks. Finally, I went to the medical professional. I was expecting a prescription however got a suggestion of Heating, Ventilation & A/C variety instead. The medical professional wanted myself and others to call the Heating, Ventilation & A/C contractor as well as have the air duct cleaning as well as air duct resealing done. Once that was completed, I was all set to upgrade Heating, Ventilation & A/C air filter to a HEPA filter. That thing removes more than 99 percent of airborne contaminants. Sure enough once I did all that I had no more troubles with that chest cold. Ductwork cleaning by the Heating, Ventilation & A/C professionals is going on the calendar from now on.
