Okay, so the last 2 years of pandemic has made myself and others more than aware of any sort of change when it comes to our health.
Just love everybody else in the country, I hid inside the cooling system of our beach condo to avoid coming down with that virus.
I have some genetic health concerns that absolutely put myself and others at a much higher risk. Before they were vaccinations, there was nothing I could do but stay inside the cooling system in our home. My bosses were absolutely cool about understanding that being inside the commercial Heating, Ventilation, and A/C of the office was not a great idea. So they kept myself and others at beach condo inside our own cooling system for almost 2 years. Finally, I got back to that commercial Heating, Ventilation, and A/C of the office and a new normal I’m still coming to grips with. Then all the abrupt I came down with a pretty poor chest cold. Of course I immediately got took care of but thankfully it wasn’t covid. Still the respiratory concerns stayed with myself and others for weeks. Finally, I went to the dentist. I was expecting a prescription but got a suggestion of Heating, Ventilation, and A/C variety instead. The dentist wanted myself and others to call the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C corporation and have the HVAC duct cleaning and HVAC duct resealing done. Once that was completed, I was all set to upgrade Heating, Ventilation, and A/C air filter to a HEPA filter. That thing removes more than 99 percent of airborne contaminants. Sure enough once I did all that I had no more concerns with that chest cold. Ductwork cleaning by the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C professionals is going on the calendar from now on.
