When it comes to luxurious radiant floors I think they are truly nice as well as totally awesome! I also have a neighbor who has luxurious radiant floors so I had an occasion to experience exactly what they are all about….
But however, luxurious radiant floors are not for myself and others no matter how nice they are, and the reason for this is because in order to have luxurious radiant floors you need to have wood or tile flooring with no carpet… I like our carpeting too much to get rid of it for anything; plus I do not have wood or tile flooring.
It is all cement underneath our carpeting, but so not only would I have to ditch our carpeting which I would never do, but even if I did it would require too much cost in construction to sit wood or tile flooring throughout our home. I will admire the luxurious radiant floors our neighbor has from afar, but I will never be getting luxurious radiant floors for our own home. They just are not for myself and others because of the whole set up. They do not fit our home or our lifestyle… For me, I am glad having a portable area furnace as well as our central heating as well as A/C plan component to take care of all our Wintertide heating needs, and with the portable area furnace I can still save cash on utility bills like luxurious radiant floors do. I just use our portable area furnace along with our central heating as well as A/C plan as well as alternate between the 2 at unusual times of the day as well as it works out all the same!
