This year is going to be really taxing from a financial standpoint. I’ve got a lot of taxes I’ve got to pay plus all sorts of other things that are coming up. There are improvements on the home that need to be made as well, although I don’t know how I am going to cover that in the end… For instance, there is a roofing repair that needs to be done over the garage, then since the water that leaks in does not really get into the other parts of the home I have not prioritized it as much as I would otherwise. It’s really stupid to go without fixing something like this because the water harm is in the Attic regardless of the location. And you don’t want mold in your attic one way or another. I also have a window in my back room that is a little cracked. I was mowing my lawn plus a rock shot out from underneath the mower deck plus cracked the glass in the window. But the worst thing about my home right now is the lack of a heating system. My furnace quit toiling in May plus I have not been able to update it yet. I don’t know what I am going to do for heat this winter because I don’t have a backup heating system for the broken furnace. It’s really the only choice I had moving forward, then eventually I am going to have to find a modern heating system to update it. I cannot just go all winter long without a heating system in my house. It’s substantial for me to be able to heat the home throughout the night hours when it finally gets really cold outside. That’s when I really need the heating system the most.
