So, I don’t need to use my central heating device at all… I don’t love my home being too hot, as well as that’s because I am prone to getting nose bleeds. If I remain in the heat for too long in the cold season, it’s guaranteed that I will get them! Nosebleeds are caused when the frigid air dries out the sinuses as well as mucous membranes, which then weakens the membranes as well as causes them to crack. In addition to the frigid weather, the heat also makes the situation even worse. Even though the temperature might be frigid outside, I skip using the central heating device in fear that it will cause my condition to worsen… While the condition is not life threatening, it’s still a bit spine-chilling when I get them.
