I suppose one component of residing an ecstatic life is not choosing to grumble about things plus trying to like the moments as they pass. I don’t want to wake up when I am 90 years of age plus realize that I was distraught plus complaining all the time. I learned this from the HEPA filter saleswoman who worked at the local appliance contractor where I used to live. I suppose it is possible to really appreciate life as it happens plus to be present while it is happening. It just takes some practice to do so, but I recognize that every one of us can all have a happier life if every one of us learns to be present plus not judge so much of everything that comes our way… The worker at the Heating plus Air Conditioning appliance contractor shop really showed me a great deal about residing in the present moment plus just enjoying the ride as much as possible. I suppose she is right, because if you complain plus are regularly negative most of the time, when you look back on your life it won’t seem so awesome. I am learning to like my HVAC duct cleaning work tasks plus Heating plus Air Conditioning installation tasks more plus have a great time doing them. I used to dread having to go to my job working on commercial heating plus cooling systems, however now it is mostly a great experience plus I have the HEPA filter professional to thank for teaching me. I will try to spread the wisdom to others when I can.
