It’s tough to sell a house to an HVAC dealer

I work as a realtor here in town, and I’ve been selling homes to families in this area for well over 20 years now.

I love my task most of the time.

It’s absolutely fun and I love to meet all kinds of current people and see all of the different kinds of homes that come up for sale around here. It’s absolutely my dream, honestly. I never knew how much I would love being a real estate agent, but it’s absolutely the best thing ever, if you ask me; However, once in a while I have a tough time with a purchaser and I have noticed that it’s usually whenever I’m dealing with someone who is in the HVAC business. It’s funny that this regularly happens to me, but every time I find out that I am working with an HVAC worker, I regularly dread what’s going to happen. It seems like nothing is ever relaxing enough for these guys when it comes to the heating and cooling systems in the homes that I show them. Most of the time, they start shaking their heads as soon as they see the type of heater, cooling system, or whole house whole-house air purifier that’s installed in one of their potential homes. I feel they just don’t want to purchase a house that they will have to do any HVAC work on, which is understandable. But it absolutely does end up becoming absolutely aggravating for me whenever I have to show them all kinds of homes and then they never want to purchase anything because of the HVAC systems that are in the house!
