My boss is certainly slow when it comes to making improvements plus substitutes on the building we work in.
- My associate and I had roof leaks for 2 years before we finally paid to have the roof substituted; And before that we had Windows leaking whenever it would rain plus the wind would push it against the building.
It got certainly disappointing during a tropical storm this year, but the wind from the storm pushed the rain against the side of the building plus it ended up coming through our window because of the leaking. If the window had been better sealed from the outside, this leaking would not have been a problem. It’s just something that you have to be mindful of when you are dealing with Windows plus lots of rain. It’s also frustrating when there has high winds pushing that rain into sites where it’s not used to going. I should be cheerful that the roof is not leaking anymore, however the windows are still a frustration. The other thing that my boss certainly needed to substitute was the heating plus cooling system inside of our office. The furnace was too weak in the winter season plus we would all get extremely cold from the frigid hot plus cold temperatures outside, and by the time it would get warm outside, the cooling system was too weak to keep up. It’s taxing to work in these conditions when you are constantly uncomfortable because of the temperature! Pushed my boss to substitute the HVAC system sooner, however I am just cheerful that it’s finally getting done at this point… Now we can work in peace with better heating plus cooling.
