My boss is really slow when it comes to making improvements plus replaces on the building my buddy and I labor in. My pal and I had roof leaks for 2 years before my buddy and I finally paid to have the roof updated, and before that my buddy and I had Windows leaking whenever it would rain plus the wind would push it against the building. It got really excruciating during a tropical storm this year, however the wind from the storm pushed the rain against the side of the building plus it ended up coming through our window because of the leaking. If the window had been better sealed from the outside, this leaking would not have been a problem. It’s just something that you have to be mindful of when you are dealing with Windows plus lots of rain. It’s also discouraging when there is high winds pushing that rain into places where it’s not used to going. I should be cheerful that the roof isn’tleaking anymore, but the windows are still a frustration. The other thing that my boss really needed to update was the heating plus cooling system inside of our office. The furnace was too weak in the winter plus my buddy and I would all get harshly cold from the cold hot plus cold temperatures outside, but by the time it would get sizzling outside, the a/c was too weak to keep up. It’s taxing to labor in these conditions when you are consistently uncomfortable because of the weather conditions, however pushed my boss to update the HVAC system sooner, but I am just cheerful that it’s finally getting done at this point, however now my buddy and I can labor in peace with better heating plus cooling.
