My hubby is always looking for homes for sale, then he undoubtedly enjoys the method of getting rich suddenly with real estate. He is on the hunt for single family homes, rental properties, duplexes plus commercial real estate for saleâ€¦ I know in an ideal world he would purchase a mini storage facility. He wants to be a commercial real estate owner, however the benefits of commercial real estate is that he wouldn’t have to deal with a regular renter. If you owned a storefront plus rented that out, a supplier owner is a lot unusual than someone living there full time. They officially treat the property better, pay on time plus are a higher class of people. I know with mini storage it is charming to our hubby since there isn’t a lot of upkeep involved. He wouldn’t need to hire a property manager, handyman or contractor, but what repairs are needed for a storage facility? As long as water, rodents plus roots don’t get in, everything is good. The facility should pay back for itself in a few years, however right now our town has multiple mini storage sites. The a single is sizable plus has almost 30 units that are rented out. It is way too sizable for just our hubby at this point. The other a single only had 10 units plus is a bit more manageable. The people are laboring way too much for their facility however. They want more money than they make with the rentals. That is just ridiculousâ€¦ So it doesn’t look fine for our hubby at this point.
