I do take freezing showers before bed and that helps a bit although I wake up in the middle of the night perspiring at times
This Summer has been grueling. I don’t usually go outside as I prefer to stay in our apartment and play video games from friends across the U.S. It’s been weird since moving to the southern area of the U.S. for work. It is actually more charming outside however prefer I said I stay in. I work for an electronics business so even then I stay inside. I work about 50-60 hours a month in a nice central air conditioned department. It’s a attractive arena for sure. I on the other hand don’t have a laboring cooling system at lake apartment since it broke right at the end of last summer. So I prefer laboring although I don’t need to work that many hours. I still barely can afford to do things. My mortgage is through the roof so I just work extra for emergencies. Talking about emergencies I actually should pay for a Heating and Air Conditioning serviceman to look at our cooling system unit. It is so sizzling in our arena, but on the other hand the newest gaming console is coming out and all our buddies are moving onto the next generation console. I actually should put priorities straight because unquestionably soon sleeping at night will be a no go.
