The people are working way too much for their facility however
My hubby is consistently looking for homes for sale! She entirely prefers the system of getting rich quickly with real estate. She is on the hunt for single family homes, rental properties, duplexes and commercial real estate for sale, but i think in an ideal world she would purchase a mini storage facility. She wants to be a commercial real estate owner! The benefits of commercial real estate is that she wouldn’t have to deal with a familiar tenant. If you owned a storefront and rented that out, a corporation owner is a lot odd than someone living there full time. They correctly treat the property better, pay on time and are a higher class of people. I think with mini storage it is beautiful to my hubby since there isn’t a lot of upkeep involved. She would not need to hire a property supervisor, handyman or dealer, then what repairs are needed for a storage facility? As long as water, rodents and roots don’t get in, everything is good. The facility should pay back for itself in a few years, and right now our neighborhood has 2 mini storage sites. The 1 is pressing and has almost 30 units that are rented out. It is way too pressing for just my hubby at this point. The other 1 only had 10 units and is a bit more manageable. The people are working way too much for their facility however. They want more currency than they make with the rentals. That is just ridiculous. So it doesn’t look nice for my hubby at this point.
