When it came to falling in love, I looked to him as well. Dad always told me that I would know when it was real and he sure was right. Dad also encouraged me to embrace the differences in someone that I fell in love with. So I think it’s pretty ironic that I’ve fallen deeply in love with an HVAC professional. I’ve said this in front of people who don’t know us and have gotten some quizzical looks. But the fact is, my wife is the owner of a local HVAC company. She became an HVAC technician once she quit college and learned she had a passion for heating and cooling. Within ten years, she had gone out on her own and started her own heating and cooling company. She’s a remarkable person and I’m lucky to have met her. We actually met because of an HVAC issue.
