For some reason, I’ve typically had a tough time remembering to change the heating and A/C air filter, and just seems prefer that a single heating and A/C chore was typically something that got by me, but the fact that I got the air filter changed at all was sort of surprising to be honest; And that goes back to my total ignorance when it comes to the heating in addition to cooling in my house, until recently, I just sort of took the heating in addition to cooling in my lake house for granted.
The heating and A/C equipment was current in addition to it coming with the house, I also didn’t even have to choose it.
That definitely went a long way toward my continuing ignorance when it came to the value of residential heating and A/C. I believe I sort of had a bit of logic in the in mind that a dirty heating and A/C air filter was not a fantastic thing, and so I did try to change the air filter. But that was about as far as my heating and A/C consideration went. That all changed when I found out about the importance of indoor air quality in addition to what it means to our health. I found out all about this as I was researching ways to improve my respiratory health. I didn’t realize the indoor air quality had such a bearing on my respiratory help. Thankfully, I didn’t have to do all that much to undoubtedly improve indoor air quality of my home. All I had to do was upgrade the heating and A/C air filter. I upgraded the cheap paper air filters with a HEPA filter. This type of air filter removes more than 90 percent of contaminants in addition to allergens from the air. Within a few days, the HEPA filter made a significant difference in my indoor air quality.
