I recently moved into a beach house and I must say that I have never seen anything love it; Everything in this home is honestly weird.
Whoever designed it clearly didn’t suppose what they were doing, it is a shame because it is a attractive several story home.
So what is so unusual about it? Well for starters the heating and a/c method is installed in the dining room. The air from the heating and cooling method comes through the air vents which are arenad in equally strange arenas in the house. There is an air vent at level with the countertop in the powder room. It is right next to the sink! There are another several in the garage, yup several and they are all on the same wall spaced only 8 inches apart from each other. In the study room there is not a single at all and so our partner and I had to buy a window a/c, and there is even a single in the floor, an air vent in the floor wouldn’t be too unusual since older homes used to have air vents in the floor. If it weren’t for the fact that this air vent in the floor is right in the middle of the dining room. There are all kinds of strange things in this home and because of it I have had to call the local heat and cooling system corporation and schedule an appointment with them to move the Heating and A/C method out of our dining room. Hopefully in time, I can get this home to be normal.
