The electric fireplace has several weird Heat settings. It is a radiant furnace electric fireplace, so it’s cool to the touch plus does not have a fan that blows air outwards. My mother-in-law was really particular that he did not want a space furnace that had a fan. The extra air in the room dries out his eyes plus makes it difficult for his to have fine vision. The electric fireplace is supposed to arrive the day after tomorrow. I undoubtedly cannot wait to see how well it works. I am going to set up the unit as soon as I get home from the office.
