Die hard fans of the local team are always present for every game, no matter what the weather is or how tepid it gets outside. For the largest conference game of the year there would be no tailgating, because it was being held several hundred miles away. Cathy decided to have her best friends come over to eat some barbeque, get drunk, and watch the game at her lake house instead. And it was almost perfect, until the air conditioning stopped working. Not only was the method new, Cathy had signed up for the annual service method which meant she got two Heating and A/C inspections and tune-ups every year. Cathy knew the air conditioning was in top flight condition, so what the heck was the issue? She had no time to fuss around with the inner workings of the air conditioner because opening kickoff was happening. At the first time out she phoned the Heating and A/C company and reported her service outage. The Heating and A/C expert sounded bummed about it. Still, he said he would be at Cathy’s lake house by the end of the first quarter. She realized that the Heating and A/C expert had been enjoying the same game as her, and didn’t want to miss any of it. At least he got to watch the hour quarter here at her place as he inspected the air conditioner.
