Those rules sounded more acceptable. My resourceful mom went to the local cooling business and booked a cooling specialist to come to the holiday home for an a/c tune-up. She did not want the air conditioning worker to do any a/c service, despite the fact that she needed him to speak with the owner about energy efficiency. That talk with the air conditioning professional from the indoor comfort company helped us a lot because my fantastic friend and I got to know the friendly person beneath the aggressive businesswoman in front of the holiday homeowner.
