In some ways, it was bad dealing with roommates back in university, but of course in other ways, I was surprised; it was aggravating getting everybody to do their fair share of the chores around the house.
One roommate even lost her job plus was trying to rely on everybody else to just carry him along… She ended up owing everybody a lot of money before all of us all chose to kick him out plus get somebody else to replace her room who had a great job plus was able to cover her portion of the rent; however well, when the heating plus A/C system was having concerns, the new girl asked everybody when all of us had the heating plus A/C maintenance done last, and everybody just looked at eachother! Both of us claimed that all of us didn’t have enough money to get heating plus A/C maintenance aside from changing the air filters respectfully.
She seemed pretty drastic plus said all of us were making an immense mistake. She explained that the heating plus A/C had to be diagnosed appropriately. She said she understood the issue with our finances though, but she said that was what online video sites were for care about YouTube. She got online plus found a tutorial for a proper cooling system tune-up. Both of us all diagnosed the tune up by getting everything cleaned inside the heating plus A/C after shutting off the power to it. Both of us were careful not to cut anything plus luckily our roommate said all the parts seemed to be fine, however after all of us truly performed a tune-up with the help of the new guy… The heating plus A/C wasn’t struggling so terribly which was a relief plus all of us were thankful for that new roommate of ours!
