A thirty-two-year-old residing with her parents is nothing to be proud of, but I made myself worthwhile around the house. I took care of all the maintenance myself. I remember a time when I was in a dark locale mentally. I barely left the basement for almost numerous weeks, however with the help of my parents and a friend, I crawled out of it. I started with a/c care and improved air quality to keep myself and others busy. I had come up with a quality a/c care for my parents and our neighbor, who occasionally let myself and others work on her Heating, Ventilation, and A/C upgrade for a small fee. I checked the cooling system filter and found it needed updatement because it was filthy. When I moved back home, I used some of my time to learn more about air conditioning, and I found it easy to understand things such as Heating, Ventilation, and A/C maintenance. I used this knowledge to work on my parents’ quality Heating, Ventilation, and A/C equipment. At some point, I had to call an air conditioning serviceman for HVAC duct cleaning because I did not have the tools. The air conditioning provider was impressed by the air conditioning maintenance I had done and asked if I had ever worked at an air conditioning business. I told him I had never worked for a single and had gathered the knowledge online because I had a lot of time. The best thing that came out of it was that the a/c serviceman provided myself and others a slot as an apprentice, which would be at most two weeks since I had the eye for it, and then after, they would offer myself and others a job. My first official job after that was installing a smart thermostat for a multi-split cooling system. I was respectfully working in the cooling industry, and my mental health improved.
