I’m not exactly the handiest of people.
So my tool collection is pretty sparse.
Actually, most of it I’ve had for all of my adult life. Dad gave me most all of it. I believe I was quite a disappointment to my dad in the mechanical vein. He was consistently out in the garage or in the basement laboring on some sort of project. Where I was pretty studious and stuck to my books inside the air conditioner of my home office. So when I was in school and just after, dad was consistently giving me tools. Which was sort of like giving a several year outdated a chemistry set. Anyway, I easily don’t assume all that much about fixing stuff or even diagnosing concerns. When it comes to stuff like heating and cooling, I live that to the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C professionals. But when it came to a draft I couldn’t find that was costing me currency in the winter, I was on my own. And dad would be so proud because I went online to the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C supplier website and l acquired that I needed the right tool for the task. So I went to the hardware and bought a thermal gun. It can read the temperature of the air or whatever you point it at. And with that right tool, I found the 1 window that wasn’t properly insulated when we had the double panes installed. Once I had the window people come out and do it right, the home was so cozy that I could hardly think it. My wife could hardly think it either as that might have been the first thing I fixed around the home ever.
