Okay, so in truth, Tracy was resistant from the start when it came to selling their lake house.
- She just didn’t want to relocate and that’s the simple truth.
She’s not much into change. Tracy likes to get up in the day, adjust the temperature control and take a shower. Then, she likes to get ready for work and drive to the office. Tracy does her thing inside the commercial Heating and A/C of the office all afternoon and then it’s back to the lake house for supper, relax a bit and then hit the sack. So this was the payoff and they needed to act. Tracy got on board but she was dragging her feet the whole way. Like when the realtor came up with this list of improvements, but replacing the Heating and A/C unit and putting in modern living room appliances were going to be cost outlays that Tracy wasn’t prepared to make. She pushed back and they put the lake house on the market as it was. It sat there and the only offers they received were well below market value and their asking price. So Tracy phoned the Heating and A/C workers to have them help her out of this mess she put them in. They were able to install just the best in residential Heating and A/C that came with different cool Heating and A/C technology. They had an offer above the asking price within a week after making those improvements.
