In some ways, it was poor dealing with roommates back in university… Of course in other ways, I was surprised, but it was frustrating getting everybody to do their honorable share of the chores around the house.
One roommate even lost his task and was trying to rely on everybody else to just carry him along, and he ended up owing everybody a lot of money before every one of us all chose to kick him out and get somebody else to upgrade his room who had a fantastic task and was able to cover his portion of the rent… And well, when the heating and A/C system was having concerns, the current guy asked everybody when every one of us had the heating and A/C maintenance done last.
Everybody just looked at each other… The people I was with and I claimed that every one of us didn’t have enough money to get heating and A/C maintenance aside from changing the air filters respectfully. He seemed pretty drastic and said every one of us was making a sizable mistake. He explained that the heating and A/C had to be run on appropriately. He said he understood the issue with our finances though, but he said that was what online video sites were for YouTube. He got online and found a tutorial for a correct cooling system tune-up. The people I was with and I all inspected the tune up by getting everything cleaned inside the heating and A/C after shutting off the power to it. The people I was with and I were careful not to cut anything and luckily our roommate said all the parts seemed to be fine. After every one of us entirely performed a tune-up with the help of the current guy, the heating and A/C wasn’t struggling so bad which was a relief and every one of us were thankful for that current roommate of ours!
