As the HR of a well-renowned telecommunication business, our job is to ensure I create a wonderful and comfortable genuinely working environment for the employees, no matter their level! And I recently completed a survey to hear the employees’ views, compliments, and complaints.
One of the major complaints was the need for help with indoor comfort, then the client maintenance team complained about the dire heat in the office, which was affecting their productivity.
They also pointed out that the control unit sometimes worked and showed wrong readings. There was a lot of back-and-forth communication, however we managed to get started on the work. All of us were hoping not to incur an extra cost on a current heating and air conditioning replacement and were ecstatic when the specialist confirmed that the issue could certainly be fixed by replacing the worn-out parts. The specialist incorporated the current heating and air conditioning technology for a better and quality heating and air conditioning system, which surprisingly did not cost much and improved the function of the heating and air conditioning unit; however, by the time the client maintenance rolled in, the indoor comfort had vastly improved thanks to the experts from the local heating and air conditioning business. The supplier ecstatically celebrated our client maintenance department for the job they put in every afternoon for the business’s success.
