The corporation policy about animals in the job was really clear.
Since I was attacked plus bitten by a dog during the course of my duties, I believe entitled to sue for disfigures! What happened was not my fault, although I seem to be the 1 paying the price for it.
When patrons sign up for our annual maintenance plan, they have to sign a contract, part of that contract is an agreement saying that all pets plus animals need to be congested when an Heating and A/C maintenance tech is on the premises, then the dog doesn’t have to go in a cage, however it should be secured in another room so it can’t disturb the Heating and A/C worker. Since this purchaser signed the contract that meant they were legally responsible for my medical bills. The Heating and A/C supplier does not offer really fantastic medical insurance, plus I had to spend money a lot out of pocket to deal with the dog bite… Not to mention the fact I had to miss various weeks of work after the incident. The Heating and A/C supplier asked myself and others not to sue the client, because it would make him look bad, then meanwhile she won’t spend money my medical bills, either, so what choice do I have in the matter? I had been attempting to maintenance a faulty valve in the water boiler when the dog attacked me, if the purchaser won’t help me, plus the Heating and A/C supplier won’t help me, then I hope the justice system will have my back! If the Heating and A/C supplier fires myself and others because of it, I’ll sue him, too.
