The company policy about pets in the work was entirely clear; Since I was attacked plus bitten by a cat during the course of our duties, I suppose entitled to sue for disfigures, what happened was not our fault, although I seem to be the one paying the price for it.
When clients sign up for our annual service plan, they have to sign a contract, however part of that contract is an agreement saying that all pets plus pets need to be clogged when an Heating plus Air Conditioning service tech is on the premises, however the cat doesn’t have to go in a cage, however it should be secured in another room so it can’t startle the Heating plus Air Conditioning worker.
Since this client signed the contract that meant they were legally responsible for our medical bills. The Heating plus Air Conditioning supplier does not offer entirely great medical insurance, plus I had to pay a lot out of pocket to deal with the cat bite. Not to mention the fact I had to miss numerous weeks of labor after the incident. The Heating plus Air Conditioning supplier asked me not to sue the client, because it would make him look bad, but meanwhile he won’t pay our medical bills, either, so what choice do I have in the matter? I had been attempting to service a faulty valve in the water boiler when the cat attacked me, however if the client won’t help me, plus the Heating plus Air Conditioning supplier won’t help me, then we hope the justice method will have our back! If the Heating plus Air Conditioning supplier fires me because of it, I’ll sue him, too.
