New and Modern HVAC Equipment

I am going to attempt to type this article with my fat cat on my chest, but it isn’t going to be easy because the big fat monkey is blocking half of the screen.

He is just about a year old now and I think he is about eighty percent fur.

I don’t think he is overweight but he looks fat because he has so much hair. His sister is a short haired angora and he is a long haired one apparently and looks a lot bigger than her, although they are both the same age. Normally the air purifier system is where he sleeps but today he felt a bit lonely I guess and hopped up on my chest to hangout for a bit. I just remembered that I also need to go to the dentist this week to have my tooth looked at as it is feeling quite painful. The local business down the street sells a toothpaste that helps with pain, but my HVAC tech told me to go in and get the tooth looked at before it gets worse. I will go in the middle of the week and see what the mighty dentist tells me I need, actually I probably should just get crowns put on all of my teeth as they are pretty worn down, ugh. At least the dentist office has cold a/c and a good heating system, so I will be comfortable when they use power drills on my teeth, yahoo. It looks like this week is going to be a fun one for me.

I have lived in this beach house for years, but only recently did I decide to start our first beach house improvement project, mostly this came from boredom, and a desire to see if I could do it. I am not genuinely handy when it comes to beach house repair. I thought I should start off with something straight-forward, so our target was the workshed in the backyard. It is genuinely outdated and dingy, but the bones of the structure are strong, so I wanted to refurbish it and turn it into a USble space. I knew that I wanted a sturdier floor, a stronger roof, and a portable Heating and Air Conditioning plan to provide heating and cooling. I decided to start with the air conditioning system, because it would help myself and others complete the other tasks, then also it was the easier section of the renovation. This is a shed, not a mansion. It doesn’t need a central Heating and Air Conditioning plan with ductwork and air vents, it just needs a portable cooling unit. I did some comparison shopping and found the A/C with the highest SEER rating for the lowest price; Once the air conditioning system was in the shed I got to remain nice and cool while I took care of kneeling down a up-to-date floor, and then patching up the ceiling. Once I was done the dingy outdated workshed looked as nice as new, and with such excellent air conditioning I decided to make it our up-to-date Man Cave. I don’t suppose exactly what I will do out in our Man Cave, although I suppose that I will love excellent air quality while I do it.

I had the dumb method of cleaning our own air duct, but my hubby got myself and others a pole with peculiar ends on it for our anniversary, i have an end that is a poof that is meant for taking down webs. I have an end that can scrub windows, dust ceiling fans plus scrub corners in the ceiling. I used our ceiling fan dusting end plus figured it could serve as a air duct cleaning tool. I noticed webs on our vent covers. I knew inside the ducts had to be icky. I took down all the vent covers plus shoved our pole up in there. I legitimately went to city scrubbing. I felt so accomplished when I saw the gunk that came off on our end. I legitimately was proud of myself until a few nights later. I noticed our AC just never turned off. It kept running plus running but the house was hot. I called a Heating plus A/C company plus the guy told myself and others I must have messed up with our air duct since our method was fine. I then called a air duct company who informed myself and others that our duct had a tear along a seam. Apparently while I was cleaning the ducts I was too dire plus popped a seam, then he then performed air duct sealing in order to patch the hole for me, then while he was there the guy showed myself and others the inside of our ducts. I was shocked to see it was filthy. My pole didn’t get legitimately deep in the air duct. I only cleaned an inch or several inside. I am never going to scrub that myself again.

The people are working way too much for their facility however

My hubby is consistently looking for homes for sale! She entirely prefers the system of getting rich quickly with real estate. She is on the hunt for single family homes, rental properties, duplexes and commercial real estate for sale, but i think in an ideal world she would purchase a mini storage facility. She wants to be a commercial real estate owner! The benefits of commercial real estate is that she wouldn’t have to deal with a familiar tenant. If you owned a storefront and rented that out, a corporation owner is a lot odd than someone living there full time. They correctly treat the property better, pay on time and are a higher class of people. I think with mini storage it is beautiful to my hubby since there isn’t a lot of upkeep involved. She would not need to hire a property supervisor, handyman or dealer, then what repairs are needed for a storage facility? As long as water, rodents and roots don’t get in, everything is good. The facility should pay back for itself in a few years, and right now our neighborhood has 2 mini storage sites. The 1 is pressing and has almost 30 units that are rented out. It is way too pressing for just my hubby at this point. The other 1 only had 10 units and is a bit more manageable. The people are working way too much for their facility however. They want more currency than they make with the rentals. That is just ridiculous. So it doesn’t look nice for my hubby at this point.

Our granddaughter owned a house that belonged to his father-in-law. The hour my partner walked in, he told his there was no way he was going to allow his to take our great-grandsons into the house, and whoever had hung the ceiling lights had them jammed into electrical cords that were part of extension cords, and duct tape held together everything together, plus the wood stove in the living had duct tape wrapped around the pipe to keep it together, he told his the first thing he was going to get was an electrician, and he needed an electrician before moving in, however my partner was an electrician by trade, although he had been retired for so long that he wasn’t sure he knew all the electrical codes plus he wanted our grandsons to be safe. He called a neighbor who was still toiling as an electrician plus asked him if he would come to the house plus look at the electrical system. When Pete walked into the house, his mouth dropped open. He said there were more electrical troubles in this house than there were mouse droppings, plus they were all over the counters plus floors. He said he could redo the electrical system, but it was on our granddaughter to hire an exterminator plus get the woodwork repaired. There were holes everywhere that the rodents had chewed. If it had been up to my partner plus his neighbor Pete, they would have burned the house down plus rebuilt it from scratch. I couldn’t believe his father-in-law thought this house was habitable, especially for his grandchildren.

My daughter told all the people that I told her to go to school, so I didn’t need to spend our money an online marketing agent, however i didn’t say she had to be an online marketing agent.

I told her I thought she should go to school for online marketing, which is a fine job to get into! Many people are now toiling from home, plus if you’re set up with an online marketing company, you can name your specialty plus do everything you enjoy doing.

She loves toiling with social media plus building websites. I jokingly told her that if she went to school for computer marketing, I could get all our HVAC marketing done for free, as a way for her to spend our money me back for school, then don’t get me wrong, I don’t truly want her to spend our money me back. Sending your kids to college is area of being a parent, however you want them to have a better education than what all of us have. You want your children to get further ahead in life than all of us did. I think I will spend our money her for her work if he creates an HVAC website for me. I’ll also be glad if she can do some social media marketing for me. Social media ads are the best if you think how to use them! Once our daughter goes to school, she’ll be able to do anything I would love her to do. I won’t spend our money her as much as I would if I were going to an online marketing company, but she is our daughter, plus not an employee; at least not yet.
