All of this didn’t take any sort of inordinate amount of time or energy. But wow, I can’t hardly suppose these results from that effort.

Wow, today was honestly cold when I went for my bike ride to the coast.

The air temp was just a bit above cold, about 35F, as well as the sea temp was 55F.

It took all of my tenacity to strip down to my board shorts as well as go in the water with the coldness outside as well as the immense waves pounding me. Life takes repair and I haven’t been absolutely great at maintaining my teeth the past several years. My gums have been receding and I am afraid that they are going to have to take my teeth out a single day and replace them with implants or something. Or I could go the old fashioned route and just get dentures, haha, no way. Implants are costly and the local business will take several trips there to get them all done. My Heating, Ventilation, and A/C tech buddy had all of her teeth replaced with implants but they look love piano keys they’re so big, but the easiest way would be to get dentures but that would be a nightmare. The heating dealership where I do my Heating, Ventilation, and A/C sales could give me more hours, so that would help cover the cost of the teeth overhaul job that I am going to have to get in the not so distant future. I could always yank them all out and just drink all of my meals even though I don’t suppose that would go over too well with my wifey Kat. I recognize the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C company can give me enough heating and cooling equipment repair work to pay for the new grill so I better just get down to business and knock it all out. This is not going to be fun even though I have to do it or my health will suffer.

I have lived in this house for years, however only recently did I decide to start our first house improvement project.

Mostly this came from boredom, plus a desire to see if I could do it.

I am not easily handy when it comes to house repair. I thought I should start off with something easy, so our target was the workshed in the backyard. It is easily outdated plus dingy, however the bones of the structure are strong, so I wanted to refurbish it plus turn it into a USAble space. I knew that I wanted a sturdier floor, a stronger roof, plus a portable Heating plus A/C idea to supply heating plus cooling. I decided to start with the a/c, because it would help me complete the other tasks, then also it was the easier area of the renovation. This is a shed, not a mansion. It doesn’t need a central Heating plus A/C idea with HVAC duct plus air vents, it just needs a portable cooling unit. I did some comparison shopping plus found the AC with the highest SEER rating for the lowest price, however once the A/C was in the shed I got to remain nice plus cool while I inspected kneeling down a modern floor, plus then patching up the ceiling. Once I was done the dingy outdated workshed looked as nice as new, plus with such excellent a/c I decided to make it our modern Man Cave. I don’t think exactly what I will do out in our Man Cave, but I think that I will prefer excellent air quality while I do it.

When I say “new” I mean “a modern arena to call home” not that the building was recently constructed, then this house is over 40 years old, but I still suppose of it as our modern house. When a arena is this old, there are a wide variety of little concerns, but since this building had been empty for almost a decade, I knew there would be a lot of dampness, mildew, plus possibly even insect or pet infestations. I thought that area would be easy, but I was easily wrong. The squirrels had been residing in the HVAC duct of the house for almost multiple years, plus they had no desire to leave. I had to call in an expert for some advice, because I didn’t want to spray poison plus end up with HVAC ducts filled with rotting pets. It took the Animal Control expert almost a week to get the HVAC duct clear of pets, at which point I contacted the local supplier about sending in a team. The entire HVAC duct idea would have to be scrubbed plus sterilized, because who knows how much filth plus disease lay inside those ducts? It turns out that no amount of cleaning or fertilizing could save the HVAC ducts, they were too badly mangled from so several years of infestation. I had to get the outdated ducts removed, plus have all-new HVAC duct installed, which took a while plus was shockingly extravagant, but from here on out I will be diligent about cleaning plus taking care of our HVAC duct.

I instantaneously realized I had a sewer problem and I had to call the plumber. When I got on the iphone, I told him I had an emergency sewer line repair. I had to have it done by 4 PM because I was having a surprise birthday party for my mom, but by 3 PM, I was sure the plumber was going to be late. I called my sisters and sibling and told them the party was delayed by a half hour because of sewer line repairs. My older sister asked if the two of us wanted to waylay the guests to her house, however the two of us didn’t have time. Some people were travelling an hour to the party, and the two of us couldn’t change their plans mid-trip. It took the plumber a little more than an hour to service the sewer line, however it was going to takemuch longer for the yard to dry up. We ended up having the party inside, which was better, because it soon started raining.

I had the dumb method of cleaning our own HVAC duct, and my hubby got myself and others a pole with different ends on it for our birthday, however i have an end that is a poof that is meant for taking down webs.

I have an end that can clean windows, dust ceiling fans and clean corners in the ceiling.

I used our ceiling fan dusting end and figured it could serve as a HVAC duct cleaning tool. I noticed webs on our vent covers. I knew inside the ducts had to be icky. I took down all the vent covers and shoved our pole up in there. I truly went to neighborhood scrubbing. I felt so accomplished when I saw the gunk that came off on our end. I truly was proud of myself until a few days later. I noticed our AC just never turned off. It kept running and running however the beach house was hot. I called a Heating and A/C dealer and the girl told myself and others I must have messed up with our HVAC duct since our method was fine. I then called a HVAC duct dealer who informed myself and others that our duct had a tear along a seam, apparently while I was cleaning the ducts I was too serious and finished making a seam, then she then performed HVAC duct sealing in order to patch the hole for me! While she was there the girl showed myself and others the inside of our ducts. I was shocked to see it was filthy. My pole didn’t get truly deep in the HVAC duct. I only cleaned an inch or two inside. I am never going to clean that myself again.

You want your children to get further ahead in life than all of us did.

My daughter told pretty much everyone that I told her to go to college, so I didn’t need to pay an online advertising agent. I didn’t say she had to be an online advertising agent. I told her I thought she should go to college for online advertising, which is a wonderful job to get into, however many people are now laboring from home, plus if you’re set up with an online advertising company, you can name your specialty plus do everything you like doing. She prefers laboring with social media plus building websites. I jokingly told her that if she went to college for iPad advertising, I could get all my Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C advertising done for free, as a way for her to pay me back for college, however don’t get me wrong, I don’t unquestionably want her to pay me back. Sending your kids to college is section of being a parent! You want them to have a better education than what all of us have. You want your children to get further ahead in life than all of us did. I assume I will pay her for her labor if he creates an Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C website for me. I’ll also be ecstatic if she can do some social media advertising for me. Social media ads are the best if you assume how to use them; Once my daughter goes to college, she’ll be able to do anything I would care about her to do. I won’t pay her as much as I would if I were going to an online advertising company, however she is my daughter, plus not an employee; at least not yet.

It always made me think slightly uncomfortable repairing an seasoned heating & A/C machine… But it is a request I get every now & then, and oftentimes it is because people can’t afford to get a new air conditioning device, or for some reason, they keep clinging to the program that the outdated a single will work efficiently again.

I think terrible for the families that can’t afford it, but I do wish they would get a payment program for a new heating & A/C machine.

The reason why I think uncomfortable repairing outdated heating & A/C machines is not because I don’t guess how. No,I have quite a bit of experience with repairing heating & A/C machines, but new & old. It is because I think adore I am scamming the family. I guess that the outdated unit is not going to last much longer & it is going to cost them far more money in the long run… So continually repairing an outdated unit feels adore I am stealing from them, even though they are the a singles who ask for it. Perhaps that is a unusual way to feel, but that is exactly how I feel. I have suggested for most people to try a Heating and Air Conditioning service plan, a heating & cooling service program helps prevent most complications from occurring, & that will help with most machines, however for the a singles that are too far gone, well there is not much I can do for them except hope that the family chooses to get a new Heating and Air Conditioning installation.
