New and Modern HVAC Equipment

The entire time we were growing up, my father was trying to convince my brother that he was going to be an HVAC technician when we grew up.

I knew dad wanted one of his kids to take over the HVAC company when he retired, but my brother didn’t want to be an HVAC technician.

He wanted to go to school and become a veterinarian. I walked up to dad and told him I would take over the HVAC company, but he laughed. He said he wanted his company to read, & Son, and not & Daughter. I told my father he was a sexist and walked away from him. I didn’t talk to him for several days, and he didn’t notice. My brother was still being harassed about becoming an HVAC technician, and I told him to ignore dad. After graduation, I signed up for classes at the local college. Dad assumed I was going there for cosmetology, but he was wrong. I went to school to become a certified HVAC technician. My brother kept saying dad was going to be furious when he found out, but I didn’t care. He didn’t ask me what I wanted to do, but assumed what I would do with my life. Had he said something about me becoming an HVAC technician, I would have gladly said that was what I wanted to be. Instead, I went to HVAC school, graduated with honors, and am now working for one of his biggest competitors. The only way I’ll ever work for my dad is if he makes me a working partner in the HVAC company.

After my husband and I got married, I moved from my apartment and into his home. I had given the landlord my thirty days’ notice, and requested I get my deposit back within thirty days of my vacating. They sent the housing manager over to inspect the apartment before I left, and I had the paperwork that said everything was in good condition. We were married for almost a year when I got a letter from that landlord. He was charging me for new carpeting for the apartment, and a new thermostat. He said he had to replace all the carpeting in the apartment, and I had broken the thermostat when trying to remove the lockbox. I had never been so happy to have pictures with dates. I still had the paperwork from the property manager. I had pictures of the floors when I moved in and when I moved out. I had pictures of a thermostat, without a lockbox, when I moved in and when I moved out. Everything was noted in pictures and in writing, that the apartment was in better shape when I left than when I moved in. I took the letter I received about my paying for carpeting and the thermostat, and the lawyer laughed. He asked if I was going to school to be a lawyer, and I said no. My husband laughed when he said I missed my calling, but I didn’t need to pay for the thermostat or the carpeting. I have never been happier to be anal about keeping paper trails.

I got a letter from my landlord last month.

He was suing me for repairs to the furnace.

I couldn’t figure out how he could make me pay for the HVAC company. I called them when the landlord refused to do so. I went without heat for almost a week. I told the landlord he either called the HVAC company and had the furnace repaired, or I was calling them. I put my rent in escrow so I didn’t spend it, and moved back with my parents until the HVAC technician arrived. I got to mom’s and picked up the phone. After getting in touch with the HVAC company, I gave them the address and asked them to repair the furnace. The receptionist told me there was no planned service call for that address. I explained I had notified the landlord in writing about writing a week earlier, but he refused to do anything. The furnace wouldn’t work, and I would be at my parents’ house until the furnace was repaired. I took the letter to my dad and asked if the landlord could sue me for the HVAC bill? Dad had never heard of such a thing and called his lawyer. He asked me if I had anything in writing, and I said yes. I had an email from when I first notified the landlord that the furnace wasn’t working properly. I had the certified letter showing they delivered it, I said the money was in escrow and I was calling the HVAC company. The landlord never accepted the letter. The lawyer said I didn’t need to pay, but I should look for another place to rent, because this landlord was going to be nothing but trouble.

I have some absolutely enjoyable songs that both of us have made up in our band, but both of us need more lyrics in the songs, so I am going to start toiling on them over the next few weeks.

I want to write about our task as a heating and cooling business and where our life has taken me over the past several years, and hopefully put those lyrics into some of the songs both of us have composed over the past year or so; I assume that Heating, Ventilation, and A/C equipment and technology isn’t the most exciting of topics, but I assume both of us can make some absolutely enjoyable songs if both of us can get the words for them, as both of us already have the tunes and chorus parts done on the songs.

I have had a lot of experiences since getting into the heating and cooling industry so more than 2 years ago, and I assume both of us could make those experiences into some enjoyable songs over time. I’ve met a lot of peculiar people over the years and would adore to weave them into these songs and make them funny too. I’ve had oil heating systems blow up in our face, HEPA filters get chewed up by wild rabbits, and lawsuits over a/c units that almost froze the homeowners to death when they didn’t stop running during the Winter time. Life can be funny if you look at it from the right angle, and I assume I have that angle and can make some enjoyable songs if I put our mind to it. I have some undoubtedly fantastic music that the people I was with and I have made up in our band, however the people I was with and I need more lyrics in the music, so I am going to start laboring on them over the next few months.

I want to write about my task as a heating plus cooling business plus where my life has taken myself and others over the past numerous years, plus hopefully put those lyrics into some of the music the people I was with and I have composed over the past year or so, but i suppose that Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C device plus technology isn’t the most exciting of topics, but I suppose the people I was with and I can make some undoubtedly fantastic music if the people I was with and I can get the words for them, as the people I was with and I already have the music plus chorus parts done on the music.

When I first got out of university I thought I wanted to be an engineer for the rest of our life.

But after doing it for 7 years I decided it wasn’t a nice fit for me so I left the industry.

I then ran our own local company plus was buying houses, thinking I wanted to be a real estate tycoon, however it didn’t think right so I left, after that, I became a comedian plus thought I would make it plus become famous, however when that didn’t happen I left once again. Now I write heating plus cooling industry articles plus am just going to make enough money to get by till I hang up our toiling boots in 14 more years. I live overseas now in a small town plus I could entirely live off of our social security checks each week when I am 69. I play songs in a band in air conditioned plus heated clubs plus would appreciate to do this the rest of our life, unless I get bored of that too! I don’t think appreciate I will get bored with songs though plus will keep doing the Heating plus A/C tech writing work to float me along while I keep doing our songs thing. There isn’t a lot of money in songs, plus that is good with me, as I just want to entertain people plus have fun for the rest of our time on this planet. I wish I saved more money when I was toiling as a local company in the Heating plus A/C field however it didn’t work out that way.

Now I write heating as well as cooling industry articles as well as am just going to make enough money to get by till I hang up my laboring boots in 14 more years. I live overseas now in a small town as well as I could absolutely live off of my social security checks each month when I am 70. I play songs in a band in air conditioned as well as heated clubs as well as would care about to do this the rest of my life, unless I get bored of that too! My partner is a school administrator, plus their number one saying is: Do you want it, or do you need it? Every time I wanted something for the house, he would ask me that question, plus I hated it. When the pandemic started, plus the schools closed, I told him I thought all of us should have a whole-home air purifications system. Since the illness was airborne, all of us could stop the virus from getting into the air before all of us could breathe it in. He told me that an air purification method didn’t work that way, however was open to the discussion. I knew he wanted me to justify our reasoning for needing an air cleaner, but I would not jump through the hoops he makes school employees jump through. I remember when the principal wanted to get some modern cookbooks for the home economics classes. He made her fill out forms in triplicate, plus give him a full page report on the necessity plus give him the prices plus SKUs of the books she wanted to buy. When he left for work, I called the Heating plus A/C company. I told them what I wanted plus asked to have an Heating plus A/C corporation come to the house. I needed the Heating plus A/C tech to be there right after our brunch was complete, so our partner would have eaten first. This regularly puts him in a better mood. I also asked if he could wear a colorless suit that would not allow him to spread the virus. He could get the information about a whole home air purification method from the Heating plus A/C corporation, plus not from me.

It took myself and others some time before I had the Heating and A/C method installed in our tiny home, but it was worth it.

I loved our new home.

I had it set up in a community where pretty much everyone had tiny homes; All of us had a shared water system, sewage system, and lights. All of us each paid our individual light bills, but they split the sewage and water between the homeowners. It was an HOA separate from all the rules. It didn’t take long to become comfortable in our tiny home. There were several people who gathered in the correct area where every one of us picnicked together and became friends; Once Wintertide arrived, I was even more in love with our ductless Heating and A/C method than I was with the tiny house. The ductless Heating and A/C method kept myself and others warm and comfortable all year round. I had one neighbor that came over to visit often. She thought our ductless Heating and A/C method was better than his. All of us would sit in the family room enjoying each other’s company. Occasionally every one of us played games, but most of the time, every one of us watched seasoned cable shows. She said that was when cable was meant to be fun and entertaining. I knew that if she liked our Heating and A/C method better than his, it must be good. I was thinking she and I could become more than friends until a automobile pulled into her driveway one evening. She called and told myself and others she had to forego our motion picture night. Her bestie had come in from the city, and would be there for the long weekend. I didn’t invite him over after that. She could sit in her lake house and appreciate her less than perfect Heating and A/C system, because I was no longer sharing mine.
