I had pictures of a thermostat, without a lockbox, when I moved in and when I moved out, but everything was noted in pictures and in writing, that the beach house was in better shape when I left than when I moved in. I took the letter I gained about our paying for carpeting and the thermostat, and the lawyer laughed. She asked if I was going to school to be a lawyer, and I said no, however my hubby laughed when she said I missed our calling, however I didn’t need to pay for the thermostat or the carpeting. I have never been happier to be anal about keeping paper trails.

I got a letter from our property owner last month, but she was suing myself and others for repairs to the heating system, then i could not figure out how she could make myself and others pay for the Heating and Air Conditioning dealer.

I went without heat for almost a week. I told the property owner she either called the Heating and Air Conditioning contractor and had the heating system repaired, or I was calling them. I put our rent in escrow so I didn’t spend it, and moved back with our parents until the Heating and Air Conditioning serviceman arrived. I got to mom’s and picked up the cellphone, after getting in touch with the Heating and Air Conditioning dealer, I provided them the address and asked them to maintenance the heating system, then the receptionist told myself and others there was no planned service call for that address. I explained I had notified the property owner in writing about writing a week earlier, however she refused to do anything. The heating system wouldn’t work, and I would be at our parents’ home until the heating system was repaired. I took the letter to our dad and asked if the property owner could sue myself and others for the Heating and Air Conditioning bill? Dad had never heard of such a thing and called her lawyer. She asked myself and others if I had anything in writing, and I said yes. I had an email from when I first notified the property owner that the heating system wasn’t working properly. I had the certified letter showing they delivered it, I said the cash was in escrow and I was calling the Heating and Air Conditioning dealer. The property owner never accepted the letter. The lawyer said I didn’t need to pay, however I should look for another location to rent, because this property owner was going to be nothing however trouble.

I have some particularly relaxing music that the two of us have made up in our band, however the two of us need more lyrics in the music, so I am going to start toiling on them over the next few months.

I want to write about my task as a heating and cooling company and where my life has taken myself and others over the past multiple years, and hopefully put those lyrics into some of the music the two of us have composed over the past year or so. I know that Heating and Air Conditioning unit and technology isn’t the most exciting of topics, despite the fact that I know the two of us can make some particularly relaxing music if the two of us can get the words for them, as the two of us already have the music and chorus parts done on the music. I have had a lot of experiences since getting into the heating and cooling industry so numerous years ago, and I know the two of us could make those experiences into some relaxing music over time. I’ve met a lot of odd people over the years and would like to weave them into these music and make them funny too. I’ve had oil heating systems blow up in my face, HEPA filters get chewed up by wild rabbits, and lawsuits over a/c units that almost froze the homeowners to death when they didn’t stop running during the Winter time. Life can be funny if you look at it from the right angle, and I know I have that angle and can make some relaxing music if I put my mind to it. Thank you to the Heating and Air Conditioning industry and all of those crazy experiences.

He told me to call the company I bought the tiny home from. If there was to be a ductless Heating plus A/C system, they would send someone out to give plus install it, then, he tried to tell me the Heating plus A/C method was optional. Why would an Heating plus A/C method be optional? As soon as he pulled away, I was on the phone to the company I bought our home from. He told me that some people chose not to have their ductless Heating plus A/C system, however would buy a single for themselves. I had our order sheet plus had marked that I wanted the mini split Heating plus A/C method installed.

My mother asked myself and others if I thought HVAC servicemans got discounts on HVAC systems & repairs? I didn’t believe if they did, but I assumed they would at least get their services & upgrades done for free.

After explaining that the two of us would fill them out after dinner, I glanced through them; Mom had brought condo an application for HVAC classes & all the paperwork the two of us needed to get help to pay for the tuition. I had never thought about going to HVAC classes after graduation. I had considered going to school, & then going to law school. I tried to explain this to her, however she pshaw’d me, and she said she couldn’t foresee any of our family needing legal help, but everyone spent a lot of money on HVAC repairs, service, & new equipment. If I was going to do anything that could help our family & neighbors, it would become an HVAC serviceman. I couldn’t know how her mind worked. I thought this was to be my decision, so I could have a work that would make myself and others cheerful. After being reminded that she would have a vested interest in my work, I should make her cheerful. What would make my mom cheerful would be if I were to be an HVAC serviceman so she could have free HVAC labor for the rest of her life. As much as I hated doing it, I filled out the paperwork that night, & she diagnosed the paperwork for the school loan. I prayed I would not be accepted.

It took myself and others some time before I had the HVAC system installed in my tiny home, but it was worth it.

I enjoyed my new home.

I had it set up in a community where everyone had tiny homes. The two of us had a shared water system, sewage system, & lights. The two of us each paid our individual light bills, but they split the sewage & water between the homeowners. It was an HOA without all the rules. It didn’t take long to become comfortable in my tiny home. There were numerous people who gathered in the proper section where the two of us picnicked together & became friends, and once Winter time arrived, I was even more in love with my ductless HVAC system than I was with the tiny house. The ductless HVAC system kept myself and others sizzling & comfortable all year round. I had 1 friend that came over to visit often. He thought my ductless HVAC system was better than his. The two of us would rest in the kitchen enjoying each other’s corporation. Occasionally the two of us played games, but most of the time, the two of us watched seasoned TV shows. He said that was when TV was meant to be fun & entertaining. I knew that if he liked my HVAC system better than his, it must be good. I was thinking he & I could become more than friends until a vehicle pulled into his driveway 1 night. He called & told myself and others he had to forego our movie night. His girlfriend had come in from the city, & would be there for the long weekend. I didn’t invite him over after that. He could rest in his condo & care about his less than perfect HVAC system, because I was no longer sharing mine.

We are driving back from our road trip to the mountain and the car is all steamed up from all of the wet clothes on us. Our driver just pulled off of the road because we can’t see a thing while driving and we are on a narrow twisting and turning road on the mountain. I told her to try and turn on the HVAC system to see if it dries the air but it seems like it is not keeping up with the job. We went swimming in a hot spring after skiing and I think all of our clothes are wet and keeping the humidity up very high in the car. I asked the HVAC tech, who is sitting in the front seat next to the driver, if there is another way to remove the moisture from the air. He said the best way is to run the heat and open the windows just a little bit. I think we need to just get a towel and use it to wipe the windshield every now and then. I am not a heating and cooling expert by any means but sometimes the simplest solution is the best solution. So now we are looking for a dry towel in the car but don’t seem to be having any luck with that either. There is a local business a minute or two up the road and I think we should just stop there for a while till we find a solution. The best thing would be if we had a dryer to dry the clothes.

I have to write four more articles and am trying to get them done before we get home as we are planning a long night of Monopoly with our ski group.

I was going to bring my drum and play with my bandmate, but there wasn’t enough room so I had to leave it behind.

We will practice songs after the game tonight for a little bit and then hop in our beds for a much needed sleep. There is a fireplace in the room where we are staying and I am going to build a nice fire before we break out that board game. I can’t feel my feet right now in the car because they got wet and are cold and numb now. I would love to have some little heating device under my feet right now to warm them up a bit. The good news is there is a hot shower waiting for me back home and I am going to be the first one to hop in it. They have a large hot water heater tank and I am hoping we have enough hot water for everyone to take a warm shower with. I think we should limit the time in the tub to under four minutes per person or there may not be enough hot water for us all. I was going to adjust the smart thermostat on the HVAC system before we left but I forgot to do so. I may turn the heat up on the hot water heater also as soon as we get back.
