His mom offered to let his son pay for half the destruction the motorcycle had caused. She also said the motorcycle was going to go away forever, & my friend was now irritated with me.

I gained a telephone call from a lady that was frantic because she thought that there were rats in the ductwork of her home! I got some information from the lady love her name, telephone number, in addition to address.

It’s genuinely easy to tell if there have been critters inside of the ductwork because they leave droppings everywhere they go. I used a special camera to look through most of the ductwork. The camera is on the end of a long pole that is flexible. I didn’t see any evidence of critters in the ductwork in addition to that includes rats in addition to mice. I did see numerous red army guys in the ductwork. They were right above the section where the lady said she heard the noise. I suspected they might have been rattling around. The director of the hotel also gave to send a maintenance guy to service the A/C or to put us in a unusual room for the remainder of our stay.

I adore to solve problems and repair things, but that task ended up being a bunch of reports and meetings, so I left and never went back to it. Ever since leaving the corporate engineering world, I bet I have worked an average of 15 minutes a week, which has given me a lot more freedom than I would have had if I stayed in the engineering racket. Working on a heating system or a/c device gives you an immediate reward once you find the solution, and that is all I need to assume enjoyable nowadays.

I have never worked in an office building that had the Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C settings set just perfectly, someone is always hot, plus someone is always cold. Although in this case, on this unique day, there was no 1 who was not using some sort of heater. I, personally, had our little portable heating system restrained in. I keep a jacket hanging on the back of our door, but I just did not feel appreciate wearing that, so I used our heating system instead. Anyway, as I walked around plus saw people battling the frigid as if they were outside, it occurred to me that if all of us simply could figure out how to get top-notch Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C in all the office buildings in the country, all of us would have no more concern with the environment. That might be a stretch of the imagination, but you must confess that having an air conditioning blowing plus little furnaces blowing at the same time all throughout the building is a poor waste of energy. We are always sad about saving the environment, having a smaller carbon footprint, taking mass transit instead of driving, Etc, plus yet here all of us all are toiling in buildings that are frigid frigid for no obvious reason. I certainly am going to have a talk with our operations manager to see if there is something all of us can do about the heating plus cooling situation so that I don’t feel so guilty about killing the planet every day while I’m toiling.
